Quality is our priority. We operate a multi-layer QC system to ensure every shipment meets your specifications and market requirements. 1. Incoming Material Control All raw materials are checked against certification requirements (REACH, OEKO-TEX, RoHS) Supplier certificates are verified and archived Non-compliant materials are rejected immediately 2. In-Process Control First article inspection before mass production starts Random sampling during production (every 2 hours) Visual check for color, shape, size, and surface defects 3. Final Inspection (Before Packing) 100% visual inspection for high-value or critical items AQL sampling (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) for standard orders Pull/strength test for zipper pullers, clasps, and chains 4. Third-Party Testing (On Request) SGS, TUV, or Intertek testing for REACH, OEKO-TEX, nickel release, lead/cadmium Full traceability reports provided 5. Packaging & Outgoing Check Confirm hang card printing, euro hole position, and assembly quality Carton drop test and weight check before shipping Our Commitment: "If it doesn't pass our QC, it doesn't leave our warehouse."
